Mobile Fleet Technician (Phoenix & Tucson)
Position Summary:
OnSite OilChange Plus is seeking full-time Mobile Fleet Technicians to join our growing team in both Phoenix and Tucson. As a key part of our mobile service fleet, you’ll be responsible for performing oil changes, brake repairs, tire service, battery replacements, and inspections on-site at customer locations. This is a fast-paced, independent role perfect for experienced techs who thrive in the field and are committed to keeping businesses moving.
- Perform mobile oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, battery replacements, and filter swaps
- Complete multi-point inspections and communicate findings clearly to the service team
- Use diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Maintain service van organization and keep tools/equipment in top condition
- Ensure timely arrival and professional service at client job sites, offices, and fleet yards
- Maintain accurate service records through our shop software (ShopMonkey)
- Follow all safety protocols and uphold the highest standard of care for every vehicle
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in automotive repair or maintenance
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong mechanical knowledge, diagnostic ability, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and team
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
